Labuche Peak Climbing
An attempt to climb Lobuche East (6119m) starting from the Everest region road-head, Jiri to Namche Bazaar. With several high passes to cross, the walk provides excellent acclimatization. From Namche, we leave the main trail to Everest Basecamp to trek through the village of Khumjung to the Gokyo Valley. The Gokyo valley offers a good view of the towering massifs of Cho Oyo (8153m) and Gyachung Kang (7922m) appears. We cross the CHO LA (5470m) pass to arrive at the Locuche base camp. Couple of days are set aside for summit attempting, after, we will return to Namche via Pangboche and Tengboche, before flying from Lukla to Kathmandu.
Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01: 

Arrive Kathmandu & meet with our Reprehensive at the airport and transfer to hotel

Day 02: 

Kathmandu sightseeing /necessary arrangement and over night at Hotel

Day 03: 

Kathmandu-Jiri , Drive to jiri by private coach If we arrived on time to jiri, we may trek to Mali (2400m). Overnight at camp.  

Day 04: 

Jiri-Shivalaya We descend to the Yeling Khola and cross the Kimti Khola to Shivalaya (1800m).

Day 05: 

Shivalaya-Changma-Sete A climb over the Deorali Pass (2713m), we descend on the trail to Changma (2194m), the first Sherpa settlement of the trek We descend the Surma Khola to the Likhu Khola which is crossed by a large bridge to Kenja (1634m) The first part of the climb is steep but becomes easier as we gain altitude to reach Sete (2575m)

Day 06: 

Sete-Junbesi A gradual climb to the 3530m pass on the Lamjura ridge, the highest point of the trek to Namche and then continues down to Junbesi (2675m)

Day 07: 

Junbesi-Ringmo-Trakshindo Pass From Junbesi it is a gentle and beautiful climb through blue pine and rhododendron to Sallung (2953m), Just after crossing the ridge, at about 3050m, there is an excellent view of Everest (8848m), Chamlang (7319m) and Makalu (8481m). We descend to the Ringmo Khola (2650m) and climb upto Ringmo(2805m) and walk continue to the Trakshindo pass (3071m). Overnight at camp

Day 8-

Trakshindo Pass-Dudh Kosi-Karikhola We descend to the Dudh Kosi (1578m), the lowest point of the trek. We climb gradually to the village of Jubling and on to Karikhola (2004m). Overnight at camp

Day 9: 

Karikhola-Chotkla-Surkhe From Karikhola, it is a long climb to the Khari La (3078m), A gradual descent to Poiyan (2796m) followed by a short climb over the Chutok La (2945m) takes us to Surkhe (2293m). Overnight at camp.

Day 10: 

Surkhe-Phakding -Namche Bazaar From Surkhe, the trail climbs once again to the villages of Chaumrikharka (2680m) and Chopling, We cross the Bhote Kosi and begin the steep climb up to Namche Bazar (3446m).

Day 11: 

Namche Bazaar Rest day at Namche Bazaar.

Day 12: 

Namche-Khumjung From Namche, we walk through Khumjung, staying high above the Dudh Kosi on the west bank to camp opposite Phortse Bridge. Overnight at camp.

Day 13: 

Luza-Machhermo An easy day, which helps with acclimatization, we pass through summer settlements and Yak pastures to reach Luza (4220m). We continue to Maccermo(4410m). Overnight at camp.

Day 14: 

Panga-Gokyo We climb a ridge with superb views of Kantega and Cho Oyo (8153m) to reach Panga (4390m). Staying on the Ngozumpa glacier for 2 hours to reach camp by the second lake at Gokyo (4750m).

Day 15: 

Gokyo Up at 400 am, it is a 3 hours climb to the summit of Gokyo Ri (5483m).

Day 16:

Ngozump-Chhygyma We descend the Ngozumpa Glacier a short way before crossing over to east bank to camp near Chhygyma.

Day 17: 

Chhygyma-Lobuche We cross over the snow-covered Cho La (5470m) to our basecamp beneath Lobuche. Overnight at camp.

Day 18-22:

Base Camp Rest and preparation day Overnight at camp

Day 23:

Base Camp-Lobuche A high camp and climb Lobuche Peak. Overnight at camp.

Day 24: 

Lobuche-Khumbu Valley. From basecamp we descend to Lobuche village and follow the Khumbu Valley south to Pangboche. Overnight at camp.

Day 25: 

Khumbu Valley-Namche Walk few hours to Namche & rest day. Overnight at camp.

Day 26: 

Namche-Lukla. Overnight at camp.

Day 27: 

Lukla-Kathmandu. Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel Overnight at hotel.

Day 28: 

Kathmandu. Free day for shopping. Overnight at hotel.

Day 29: 

Drop to airport and day fare well !

Total duration: 29 days
